Ringroad View Lodge and Garden provides accommodation, restaurant and bar services, outdoor lounge services, events hosting, conferencing, car wash services and related guest services in Lusaka, Zambia.

Submitting an enquiry through this website, WhatsApp, phone, email or contact form does not automatically confirm a booking.
A booking is only confirmed when Ringroad View Lodge and Garden has accepted the booking and, where applicable, the required payment or deposit has been received.
Guests are encouraged to confirm room availability, event space availability, menu options, prices and service details directly with us before making final arrangements.
4. Accommodation
Accommodation is subject to availability.
Room rates, room types, facilities and booking conditions may change from time to time. Any special requests, including early check-in, late check-out, additional guests, specific room preferences or extended stays, are subject to availability and approval by management.
Guests are responsible for providing correct booking details and for complying with lodge rules during their stay.
5. Events and Conferencing
Events, weddings, bridal parties, kitchen parties, birthdays, aerobics sessions, conferences, meetings and other functions are subject to availability and prior confirmation.
Event bookings may require advance payment, deposit, agreed setup details and confirmation of expected guest numbers. Additional charges may apply for extra services, extended hours, catering, equipment, decorations, cleaning, damages or other special arrangements.
Ringroad View Lodge and Garden reserves the right to decline, cancel or stop any event that breaches venue rules, causes disturbance, creates safety concerns or violates applicable laws.
6. Restaurant, Bar and Menu Items
Food, drinks, snacks and menu items are subject to availability.
Prices, menu items, portions, ingredients and offers may change without prior notice. Images used on the website or menu are for presentation and marketing purposes and may not always represent the exact item served.
Guests with allergies, dietary restrictions or special food requirements should inform staff before ordering.
7. Car Wash Services
Car wash services are offered subject to availability, operating hours and staff capacity.
Guests are responsible for removing valuables from their vehicles before service. Ringroad View Lodge and Garden will take reasonable care when handling vehicles, but will not be liable for loss of personal items left inside vehicles.
8. Payments, Deposits and Cancellations
Payment terms, deposits, refunds and cancellation conditions may differ depending on the type of booking or service.
Guests should confirm the applicable payment and cancellation terms at the time of booking. Where a deposit is required, failure to pay within the agreed time may result in cancellation of the booking or release of the reserved space.
Refunds, where applicable, will be handled according to the agreed booking terms and management approval.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly while using the lodge, restaurant, bar, outdoor lounge, events garden, conference room, car wash and other facilities.
Ringroad View Lodge and Garden reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose conduct is unsafe, abusive, unlawful, disruptive or damaging to property, staff, other guests or the reputation of the lodge.
Guests may be held responsible for damages, losses or extra cleaning caused by their actions or by persons attending under their booking.
